Kristen joined Ascent Strategic Communications at the beginning of 2023 and brings over a decade of experience in management. As a Vice President in Client Services, she oversees communication strategies for some of Ascent Strategic Communications’s key B2B, real estate, and C-suite executive clients.
Originally from Maryland, Kristen graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance and went on to work for Vanguard in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her background serving clients as a licensed investment broker and eventually in management, where she led client facing teams and supported department-level strategy, has helped Kristen develop a skill set of leveraging effective communication methods to achieve business goals.
Kristen lives in Bluffton, South Carolina, with her husband, daughter, and two black labs. When she’s not spending time with her friends and family on the water, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, yoga, and volunteering in her community.
